The current contamination of the smoke switch is intelligently checked by the contamination compensation. The response threshold is constantly adjusted on the basis of this data. The contamination compensation keeps the difference between the base signal and the alarm threshold constant at all times. The smoke switch always 'knows' whether contamination should be taken into account as a disturbing factor.
A base is always required for installation.

The thermal switch should be replaced after 8 years.
