The surface to be covered must be fully dry and free from dust, grease and oil. After use (max. adhesion period: 6 weeks), the tape should be removed at room temperature (+5 °C to +40 °C) by pulling off at a 45° angle to the edge of the paint or to the plaster in a slow, smooth motion.
Not suitable for natural stone.
Not suitable for oven drying.
Suitable for:
Smooth metals and flat and polished surfaces such as most plastics, paints and varnishes
Limited suitability for:
Porous, sanded and rough surfaces that would absorb the adhesive on the tape or physically attack it, e.g. sanded metals. When using on water-based polyurethane acrylic lacquers, nitrocellulose paints with a high percentage of thinner, other chemically aggressive substances and all non-ferrous metals, e.g. copper and aluminium and eloxal and powder-coating, preliminary testing is essential. Otherwise, residues may be left.
Not suitable for:
Any surface with insufficient internal stability, such as poorly adhering varnish or weathered wood. Not suitable for natural stone.
Full compatibility with the surface can only be ensured by carrying out preliminary tests for at least 48 hours under application conditions and correct application
