Polyester putty will not harden below +10°C.
Excellent adhesion to iron, steel, aluminium, zinc-plated and hot-dip zinc-plated surfaces, GFRP and wood Can be used on all material surfaces.
- Auto/cargo: In vehicle construction and in vehicle repair work for deeply uneven surfaces and scratches as a basis for finishing with fine filler
- Metal: As filler in prototype construction and for compensating blowholes and welding spots
- Wood: Ideal as repair putty for use in the construction sector. For universal use on all types of wood. Ideally suited for wood restoration, and in window, door and prototype construction. Not suitable for use on oily types of wood.
The application surface must be clean, dry and free from grease
Depending on the surface structure, surfaces should be coarsely sanded to achieve optimum adhesion.

Wherever possible, only sand polyester material when dry due to its sensitivity to water.
To prevent possible complaints, always ensure the correct dosing ratio between filler and hardener
- Dosage: 2% hardener
- Working life: 4-5 minutes at 20°C
- Drying time: 20-30 minutes at 20°C
- Sandpaper: P80-280 Wet only once completely dry
