Zirconium oxide abrasive beads, medium grain 120Z:
- The zirconium beads are securely attached to strong nylon fibres
- Flexible Hone tool for surface processing
- Prevents spiral-shaped rotation grooves after overturning on the brake disc
- For deburring and rounding disc edges
- Creates a cross-grinding structure for optimal braking force
- Long service life
- The brake discs can be processed while fitted to the vehicle
- Clamped in a lathe: Speed 125–210 rpm
- Clamped in an electric drill: Speed 300–600 rpm
- Position the Flex-Hone rotating rotor at a slight angle in contact with the rotating disc and move it evenly back and forth from the outside while applying gentle pressure
- Flex-Hone rotor is used in a dry state and without oil
- One work step is completed in approx. 15–20 sec. to prevent the material from overheating
- To achieve an optimal finish, the electric drill processes clockwise for 10–15 sec. and anti-clockwise for 5–10 sec.
Prevents squeaking, whistling and creaking noises in brake discs and removes rust
