Our products featuring the EMICODE label are low-emission/low in harmful substances. The EMICODE classification system awards labels to construction products that comply with the very stringent health and environmental requirements of recognised institutes.
EMICODE EC1plus: Very low emissions: The EMICODE classification system distinguishes the environmental and health compatibility of construction products. The lowest-emission products bear the EC1plus mark.
Eurasol Thermo HT is ideal for bonding WÜTOP roof protection films, WÜTOP vapour barriers and WÜTOP vapour retarders and has been tested on these films. We therefore recommend using these WÜTOP films for an optimal result. The base material must be dry and free from grease, chips and dust. Make sure that standing water cannot collect within the bonded area. Do not place the adhered membrane under lasting tension.
Film surfaces:
Permanent bonding of underlays, in particular Wütop thermal underlays. Also for vapour barriers and vapour retarders, and for facade membranes. Bonding of overlapping sections of these films and connections and openings. Repairing damage to underlays.
Panel surfaces:
In combination with Eurasol HaftPlus or spray primer (ensure that the primer is well ventilated) for adhesive joint and connection bonding of soft particle boards as well as for the adhesive bonding of base connections. Airtight joint adhesion of OSB boards.
Affix Eurasol Thermo HT to the overlap seam by removing just a few centimetres of the masking paper. Pulling off the masking paper bonds the adhesive tape over the entire length by pressing it on. Ensure sufficient contact pressure. After adhering, cut the adhesive tape with a knife.
