Two-component foam for quick installation of door frames
Excellent adhesion with most standard materials used in the construction industry such as bricks, concrete, plaster, wood, metals, foamed polystyrene, hard PVC and rigid PUR foams.
NoticeUse all foam within 5 minutes after activation! Leaving the foam in the can may cause the can to break apart. Immediately after the foam has fully hardened, it should be protected against UV radiation using e.g. plaster or paints.

Application areaFor the rapid installation of wooden and steel door frames, installation and sealing of window sills, installation of stair-steps, filling of large hollow spaces such as between roof beams, installation of bathtubs and shower trays and the filling of moulds.
Instructions
  • Clean and degrease the working substrate.

  • Protect surfaces exposed to accidental foam contamination.

  • If the packaging (can) is cold, warm it up to room temperature.

  • Turn the cap at the bottom of the box clockwise 5 times.

  • Shake the can vigorously (approx. 40 sec: 20 times upside down, then 20 times with the valve up) in order to mix the ingredients thoroughly. The uniform blue colour of the foam indicates that the ingredients have been properly mixed.

  • Screw the can to the applicator.

  • The working position of the can is the "valve down" position.

  • Fill the vertical slots with foam from the bottom to the top.

  • Do not fill the whole gap — the foam increases its volume.
