High-performance foam
Very high throughput (up to 65 L free-expanded foam yield; up to 85 linear meters in a 2.5 cm diameter joint)
Total emptying cylinder
- Less product waste
- Significant time and money savings
PU foam can be used all year round
- Can be used in winter
- No problem even when used in environments and on surfaces with temperatures as low as -5°C.
Class B2 PU foam of higher quality
- Structurally finer and more homogeneous foam
- Cannot be damaged by insects, parasites, moulds or fungi
- High resistance to chemicals, heat and ageing
Processable PU foam
- Once hardened, the PU foam can be painted, tinted or plastered
- Degree of soundproofing tested by the IFT institute of Rosenheim
- RST value w 59 dB
The foam expands to up to twice its volume
After applying, use the special cleaner to carefully clean all parts of the gun soiled with PU foam while it is still fresh
If the cylinder is not completely empty, leave it attached to the gun for no more than one week
Use the cleaner to remove smears of foam that have not hardened
Hardened foam can be removed with the special cleaner
The product does not adhere to polyethylene, PTFE, silicone, bitumen or surfaces treated with release agents
Does not contain formaldehyde
Although the technical advice provided is based on our best experience, it should be considered in all cases as purely indicative and must be confirmed by exhaustive practical tests. Datasheets(X)
To fill, insulate, seal and stick. Can be applied to plaster, cement, marble, stone, hard PVC, plastics, metal and wood
Surfaces must be clean and free of dust, grease and oil
Shake the cylinder hard at least 20/30 times
The optimal temperature for application and for the cylinder is +20°C
Important: Wet the surfaces with water before applying the foam and each layer of foam during and after application
Adequate wetting allows the foam to expand in volume up to 30% more. It also ensures correct adhesion to the surface, complete expansion of the cells and total hardening of the full depth
